Absolutely brilliant. We hired from Castle Kings, and I couldn't have been happier. They messaged the evening before to confirm time and location. They were super friendly, very quick setup and really helpful with all the information. The guys were also on time for collection and were so brilliant at packing all away whilst we were running around tidying too.I will be recommending to all friends and family and be a returning customer. The bouncy castles are always clean, safe, and in excellent condition, and the kids love them every single time! The team is reliable, arrives on time, and handles everything so smoothly, which really takes the stress out of planning. Their customer service is always friendly and helpful too. Absolutely faultless. Cannot recommend GL Castle Kings enough. From the super fast responses on WhatsApp, sticking to the stipulated timetable with a smile on their faces as they setup and packed up. I even made a mistake with my initial booking time and had to change it, they even contacted the next booking to mine to see if they could re arrange that. You can't put a price on that service. Just amazing throughout. I would definitely use again without hesitation!
