This company is the REAL DEAL. They take care of their customers from start to finish. Jaleb is caring, personable, authentic, and truly wanted our project to be to our satisfaction. I halted construction mid-day when there was a great color variance in the stain from their supplier, and Jaleb was at our house immediately to address the problem. It was handled quickly and professionally. The men who built the fence are masterful craftsmen who know their trade extremely well. They built a fence for our neighbor which is why we hired them. Their precision is second to none. I'm posting a BEFORE picture and then after pics - you can see the difference and the quality this company delivers. We are very picky and this company delivers the highest quality!
I highly recommend Gladiator Outdoor. Every step of the process exceeded our expectations. Jaleb was out the next day to listen to what we wanted. The proposal was quick. We made a few change requests, and the change process was seamless. The crew were professional and quick. Jaleb checked the progress including a final walk through.
My old side fence got destroyed in heavy winds. Hired Gladiator to build us a new one and about a year later the new gate would get stuck. Called the company and it's under new ownership. New owner said he'll take care of it and they did. Very pleased with the gate and eventually when my back fence falls down, I'll be calling up Gladiator Outdoor.
These guys deliver quality work. I think they take pride in what they do and want the product to demonstrate that. We had them build a beautiful wood fence around our back yard, using sturdy metal posts. Then, they capped it off with a wonderful automated swinging gate that also uses attractive wood in the metal frame of the gate itself. We'd do this again! Highly recommended!
Let me start by saying that this is a customer service company the happens to build great fences. What a terrific experience! Gladiator responded immediately to my inquiry and sent someone out to provide a quote the next day. They have us a range of options to choose from to help dial in our budget, and agreed to match a competitor's price—a reputable competitor, mind you, that never followed up after providing us with an estimate. I guess they didn't need our business! After we signed the agreement and paid the deposit, Gladiator's team was on-site within two days. It was incredible! The guys were extremely accommodating and flexible. They told my wife that they could match the fence around our pool equipment almost exactly, and man did they deliver on that promise! I included one shot of the transition so you can see how amazing their work is. The only way you can tell the two fences apart is the stain! As soon as I stain the old fence it'll look amazing and perfectly matched. The quality of Gladiator's work is OUTSTANDING! The fence is incredibly secure in all areas, and the install is super clean. My wife and I adore the stain they used. And for me, the gate is clutch. We have a double-wide mower so they built us an extra-wide gate. It glides like butter with zero effort and the latch is highly secure. I cannot recommend Gladiator Fence any higher!!!
