I don't know how y'all do it but I know I wrote a couple reviews. Worse place I've ever been in a 7 year time frame. Advertise massage therapy and don't even have a massage therapist and didn't have one back in 2020 when I first came in there. Tried it again in 2025 , even worse experience than the first time. Put an ice pack on my back with only my thin sundress in-between it and my skin. Absolutely horrible. Sat in pain for nearly 3 hours just to do an intake. The owner walks around looking crazy like she's trying to feel important. And their version of a massage is a big black plastic seat cushion thing with 6 bumps on it that the person using it is scared to use. Oh it vibrates 📳 and that's what they call a massage. You tell them you don't want a tens unit because it doesn't work and what do they do ? USE A TENS UNIT AND MAKE YOU LAY THERE WITH YOUR BUNS IN THE AIR WHILE THEIR LOUD MOUTH MALE CUSTOMERS WALK AROUND IN THE SAME SMALL AREA AS YOU. No privacy whatsoever and not one person who even gave a care. And I wanted to say gaf 😒.

This practice used to be wonderful under Dr. Dean. Unfortunately, the new doctor has been a major disappointment. He talks excessively about nonsense like his divorce and best friends' $5k cat, spends time bragging about being an MD—despite not having passed his boards yet—and provides care that feels careless rather than professional. My back pain is worse now than it was before treatment. Even more concerning, my daughter left her appointment frightened and in tears after her wrists were stretched far beyond what felt safe. She has a history of broken bones and genuinely feared she was going to be injured again. We went in expecting gentle, appropriate care for a child. Instead, we were there for 90 minutes and left with a scared, crying child and a complete loss of trust. This is a huge step down from the care this practice once provided. I cannot recommend this office unless they bring in a qualified, legitimate chiropractor. This is unfortunate as I like the entire staff here.

I was referred to Glass City Spine after a car accident. Dr. Dean Patrick took the time to listen and understand what I was going through after my accident. Dr. Patrick is incredibly knowledgeable and professional! After just a few sessions, I noticed a huge difference. It's been 2 years since my car accident, and I still go for regular adjustments and am living with less pain now, thanks to Dr. Dean Patrick! I highly recommend Glass City Spine & Dr. Dean Patrick if you are in pain! It’s rare to find a doctor who cares this much about your long-term wellness. The office staff is also incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcomed and cared about.
