Global Electronic Services is completely unreliable and unprofessional. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing. I sent them parts for repair, and after wasting my time with zero communication, they finally responded only to say they couldn’t fix anything. To make matters worse, they offered no reimbursement or accountability whatsoever. Do not trust this company with your equipment.
Hands down, the best customer service I have ever had. For a small order. Cara treated me the best. She was out for an afternoon and two of her colleaguest filled in seamlessly. Before the sale, during the sale, after the sale. The pricing was fair, and they got us up and running on our motor within one day. Hands down, so happy that our contact sent us to them. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile from helpful knowledgeable employees.
