I’ve been to a lot of places and Glow spa is the place to go!! Ask for Alexis !! I got a lash lift and wax . She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and always makes sure you’re taken care of from start to finish. She genuinely cares about her customers, and it shows in every interaction. Highly recommend her ,she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back!
Glow Spa is the best!!! Jessica & her staff are so kind! She keeps my eyebrows looking snatched & is a very intentional person. Highly recommend checking them out!
i don’t go often but have been going to get my brows done here for a few years now. i drive from south austin to get here, around 30 minutes. it’s definitely a luxury service for me and i love love loooove gabby and the work she does. she’s so sweet, inclusive, and has great attention to detail - i mean, shoot, she takes notes on what works for me to better assist me for the next time i see her! she’s amazing at her job. which sucks because i wont be going back after my last visit. my 2 star review is for the “customer service” the front desk provides. i’ve only ever worked behind a bar so i understand—sometimes the job sucks. sometimes people are annoying. sometimes you’re just having a bad day. when trying a place i tend to abstain from giving a review of the service until after the third visit. first time, maybe i was in a bad mood. second time, maybe they were in a bad mood. third time proves consistency. i’ve given the front desk more than three tries. the people behind that desk always bum me out and make me feel like i’m bothering them. this last time i walked in, before the door was even closed the chick behind the front desk said with a curt tone, “name for your appointment.” like, DAMN is it physically painful to say “hi”??? why not just have a kiosk for self check in if it’s that hard to provide a human experience? this is a luxury service, man. i’m not asking to have my feet rubbed when i walk in, just a simple greeting.
Had a lovely experience today at Glow Spa and Wax House. Got a lash tint by Jessica who was very kind and talked me through the process (as this was my first time getting this done). A beautiful studio and beautiful results. Looking forward to another visit in the future!
I have been coming to Glow Spa since I moved to Austin 3 years ago & there isn't another place I trust more with my waxing & eyebrows/eyelashes. I drive from South Austin for services because I absolutely love this spa. Owner, Jessica, & her staff are all amazing, professional, & just kind, cool people. I've had my eyebrows tweezed/tinted with Julie & they came out beautifully! I've also had my eyelashes lifted/tinted & brows waxed/tinted with Piper & I loved it. I go to Jessica for my waxing, usually for Brazilians, underarms, & most recently my legs (my first time having a professional wax them) which was awesome! They looked & felt amazing! They still do, & that was 3 weeks ago! Highly recommend Glow Spa & Wax House!
