SCAMMERS….My 60-year-old retired mother signed up for a car wash membership at an introductory $10 rate and CANCELED WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH in April 2024 when she realized the regular price was not affordable. Despite canceling immediately, this company has CONTINUED CHARGING HER FOR OVER 1 YEAR AND 9 MONTHS STRAIGHT. That is hundreds of dollars taken for a service she used ONE TIME. She has gone to the location countless times and personally spoke with Jeremiah Williams (General Manager), Leo Forman, and Theo, who all assured her the account was canceled and even gave her some type of confirmation shown in the picture posted. Those assurances were false. The charges never stopped. Emails are ignored. Promises are meaningless. This company takes money and refuses to stop billing, even after cancellation is confirmed in person. My mother is on a fixed income, and these unauthorized charges have caused real financial hardship. This is not a simple billing error—this is predatory, unethical behavior that appears to take advantage of elderly customers who trust what they’re told. ⚠️ DO NOT SIGN UP. Once they have your card, getting them to stop charging is nearly impossible. This business should be investigated. Can someone PLEASE HELP MY MOTHER, so she can stop receiving these charges to her bank account.
Over time, the quality of this car wash has noticeably declined. Staff no longer use the handheld power washer at the beginning of the wash, which results in vehicles not being thoroughly cleaned. Portions of the wash are often not functioning properly, and the dryers consistently fail to dry the car effectively. Additionally, staff frequently appear unhappy or disengaged, which negatively impacts the overall customer experience.
A really nice fully automatic car wash with an attendance at the payment location and at the entrance. We washed the car at the highest level and the right rims did not get hit very well so we went through again and they still didn't get hit very well. Overall the car is very clean now, prior to it it was really filthy. The price as of October 2025 is $26 for the maximum.
Definitely the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. They don’t rinse the car properly, and the place only has a weak shower that does almost nothing. My car came out looking almost the same as when it went in, with only the loose dust removed. Any dirt that is even slightly stuck remains, as if no service was done at all. As you can see in the photos, the result is very disappointing. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
The tall dark complexion manager was extremely helpful and allowed me to clean my car at my own pace. One of the vacuums wasn’t sucking very well, and he offered to give me a different vacuum on the other side of the building. When I purchased my monthly plan, the manager was extremely helpful in choosing the different options I appreciated all the professionalism and respect employees gave me. My SUV car was extremely dirty and I had to go through the car wash a few times to get it clean because I had a lot of bugs on it. There was a white young car wash sprayer lady that was extremely professional and helpful and kind. She sprayed my vehicle and got the bugs off. The car wash lasted about four minutes and my vehicle was covered with lots of different colors of soaps, lights, waxes, and cleaning stuff that smelled good. I saw signs everywhere for FREE towels to wipe my vehicle down and dry it. I used three towels and wipe my entire vehicle dry and then disposed of the hand towels in the plastic container That said hand towels return here. I recommend this place for anyone that would like a car wash That’s quick and simple. The managers that I can go to any of the other locations go car washes in the nation and get a car wash so that made me happy because I travel a lot. I definitely see a lot of value in the car wash monthly package and I’m new to this place and look forward to cleaning my car here in a daily basis. Thank you GO car wash.
