We had an emergency issue and called our usual company who we’ve had service contract with. We never heard back from them so called around other places. Go Green was by far the most responsive and commutative throughout the process. Our service technician Tony was great. Very thorough with everything and really wanted to get our issue solved. Will definitely be using them moving forward.
Drew came to assess our needs. He was on time and spent a lot of time making sure we understood his proposal for parts and equipment. Go Green is a local company. They will be refurbishing our water softener, replacing our sump pump and Basin, replacing anything in our home that leeks or items hard to turn and other items. Drew was very professional and very knowledgeable about ever. The pricing was reasonable and we jointed their maintenance service club. He was the best tradesman we have in the 20 years we have lived on our home. Our home was built in the 1960,s and these upgrades, repairs and regular maintenance will keep our home I good repair and will increase our value when we eventually sell our home. Just added a replacement shower head for the Jacuzzi tub. Drew came and as always he is awesome. Thank you again Drew and Go Green!!! This is probably my fourth large project with go green and as always I am so impressed. We had our upstairs heating and air system replaced in February of 2025 and I had hoped to be able to get by another year before having to replace the downstairs unit. It just wasn't meant to be. I have to say that from the time they inspected it which was Wednesday. Jason(project manager) came out after Jonathan had identified the issues and the concerns that Thursday morning the whole crew was here Jorge, Erwin, Juan, and Robert. I think Carlos was here for bit as was Rob and AJ for electric. Today is Friday and literally from Wednesday to Friday from having a potential disaster in my house with no heat to a fully functioning HVAC system. Oh and when you call the office everybody is so great. I've talked to you, Megan and Amy and Lauren and Katie. I'm trying to remember everybody. You guys are just awesome! You guys are just absolutely awesome. Oh my gosh this is why Go Green is my go-to.
Go Green did an outstanding job installing three new fixtures in my kitchen and dining room. From start to finish, they were professional, polite, and incredibly easy to work with. You can tell these are local guys who truly care about their work and their customers. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything looked perfect before they left.
