I've been buying Goelia Fashion clothing for a while now, and I’m always impressed with the quality and design of their clothing. Their styles are so elegant and feminine — perfect for both everyday wear and special occasions. I recently purchased a midi dress and a blazer, and both pieces fit beautifully and feel premium. The fabrics are soft but structured, and the detailing (like lace, buttons, and pleats) really makes their clothes stand out. I also appreciate that their sizing is quite consistent. Overall, it has become one of my go-to fashion brands. If you're into sophisticated, timeless styles with a modern twist, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.
I gave one star for Goelia's unprofessional service and terrible quality management. After confirming an exchange for a defective item, a team member promised me a new, clean one ready over the phone. However, when I spent additional time to visit their Westfield store, I immediately noticed the replacement was not new. Another staff confirmed it was actually a returned item that a previous customer had even washed. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable! I can't believe they would treat a first-time client, who spent almost AUD1,000 in such a disrespectful way. I tried to give them a chance, but I won't bother with them anymore. If you wanna spend your money wisely on high-quality clothing and professional service, don't waste your time or money here. They are definitely NOT a high-end fashion brand, and their items DON’T reflect their value.
The price and quality are reasonable with the fabric. Asian staff are really nice and pressure i went to the store today are crowded but the bond lady I guess she can’t hold the emotional, being attitude and not give any information about clothing care, i heard that this store are doing clothing care for clients or something like that I don’t know. -1 stars to her.
