⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend a water heater flush! We recently had our water heater flushed, and it made a noticeable difference right away. The water heats more efficiently, runs cleaner, and we have more consistent hot water throughout the house. The service was quick, professional, and well worth it for the peace of mind knowing our system is being properly maintained. If you want to extend the life of your water heater and improve performance, this is definitely a service worth doing. We’ll absolutely keep this as part of our regular home maintenance.
I am soooo happy we chose Goettl for our whole house replumb. We have a very large home and the original builder used a type of piping that had a 100% fail rate…well it failed and we had a very expensive mess on our hands. Goettl was not the cheapest quote we received but they definitely were NOT the most expensive either! The other companies all prepared us for a major demo with damage to exterior stucco, damage to tile, real hardwood floors would need to be ripped up and lots of interior wall damage. Goettl mapped it out in a way that we only had a few small Sheetrock holes and they even connected us with a Sheetrock repair guy that had the holes repaired within a day of the plumbing completion. Alan and Tre were incredible they worked efficiently, professionally and had wonderful communication. Alan even came back a few times after the job was completed to make some small adjustments (because I’m picky and needy lol). We trusted them in our home alone when we had places to be, our dog Loki loved them, and the work was done fast, they were respectful of our property and cleaned up afterwards. Those two deserve raises and merits for their customer service skills and hard work!

Davey B was awesome. Very friendly, personable, thorough and professional. Very detailed review of pictures and explanation of issues and gave us three quotes for repair costs. Afterwards he was able to locate parts and get him scheduled the next day to complete repairs. Again, he provided pictures of repairs and the charge was exactly what was quoted. Have a high confidence in his work! Thanks for great job Davey!
I had an outstanding experience with Goettl HVAC in Reno during a recent maintenance service. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly thorough. A special shout-out goes to Pablo, our technician. He was on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Pablo took the time to explain everything he was checking, walked me through the condition of each component, and gave helpful tips on how to keep our system running efficiently year-round. His attention to detail and pride in his work really stood out. Because of his professionalism and the overall quality of service, Goettl has definitely earned my trust and future business.
