I scratched my new car and Gold Cost buffed out the scratches and touched-up the paint on the house! What a great way to build good will with a new customer! Mitch and Francesca were incredibly friendly, professional, and generous. Thank you so much.
Eh. Everyone was nice, but they charged a lot and detailed my interior which the car really did not need. After the “detailing” a stain was left on the seat. Also the bumper clicks in and out… one side is looser than the other. None of this would be a big issue if it didn’t cost 850 out of pocket.
GCAB was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had with an auto body shop. They were extremely easy to work with, accommodated my drop off and pick up times and timing, which was not always during their business hours, charged a competitive price, and did a great job. On top of all of that, my car was a complete disaster inside. It practically looked new when I picked it up. Would definitely use them again, but hopefully don't have to. For an industry that's not always trustworthy or helpful, I found Mitch and his co-workers to be trustworthy and accommodating.
Had my car at Gold Coast Auto Body after an accident, and it was a great experience. They were Bert straightforward and took the time to explain all the damage, including what was likely hidden and what to expect when they started the work. The estimate was thorough, and I felt like I knew exactly what was going on—no surprises, which was great. They were also very helpful in navigating the insurance process (the car is a likely total). I didn't know where to start, and they just laid it all out, which seriously saved me a major headache. It's a great shop that does solid work and actually helps their customers. Definitely recommend them.
Scraped the side of my car, and partially popped the bumper out while I was coming in through a gate, and thought the fix would be expensive and time consuming. Gold Coast was recommended to me by my car dealer, so I came over, and Francesca and the team had my bumper back in place and a few scratches buffed out in literal minutes. So glad to have found them, will recommend this shop to everyone I know!
