If you are looking for quality work done i highly recommend the team at Gold Coast Service Center to anyone, The staff are friendly and communication is fantastic this is by far the best workshop and mechanics on the Gold Coast, They are honest and will let you know exactly what is going on with your car all at a very fair price. Recently my car played up on me and went into limp mode with the check engine light coming on and dash alarm telling me something is wrong. I contacted the team and I got my car to them the same day, Trent and the guys begun the search for the problem as there was a few possible causes of the problem, they tested all the air induction, the turbo, the intercooler, all the clamps and connections, all related wiring and sensors, along with other stuff that I am unsure what else was involved. When the problem was found and the parts replaced it was all tested again and a few times after that. I was happy to leave my car with them as I know they will not let me drive it away until they are satisfied that my car is 100% ready to go. This is massive peace of mind for me to know that my car is fixed and running perfectly. This all happened over public holiday weekends causing staff to work late into the night on customers cars including mine. The last time I had my car serviced here i received a call to recommend doing a brake and clutch fluid flush that way all would be up to date. There were no hidden cost, and I feel like I can drive my car knowing it's running at it's best and is safe for myself and other road users. Thank you Trent and all the staff your work is greatly appreciated.
I’m so grateful for Gold Coast Service Center. After dealing with ongoing electrical problems that no one else could properly diagnose or fix, Chris took the time to go through everything clearly and repair every issue. My fog light works again, all the systems are functioning properly, and my car finally feels safe to drive. The service was honest, kind, and exceptionally thorough. I was also able to borrow one of their cars while mine was being repaired, which made the whole experience so much easier and stress-free. I finally feel like I’ve found a mechanic I can trust. Highly recommend Chris and the team at Gold Coast Service Center.
