My clinician communicated really well throughout my assessment and then treatment was provided which reduced my pain level significantly. An exercise plan was provided for me to do at home until my follow up appointment. I was listened to, and made to feel comfortable which created confidence for my eventual return to wellness and range of movement. Very satisfied. CMc.
Matt is knowledgeable He gave me some strengthening exercises to do. After XRay and scans found the problem prior to seeing Matt. Previous physio said I had hip bursitis and just massaged me on 3 waisted visits, no exercises, just take Ibuprofen and ice it. Thanks to seeing Matt I can see light at the end of the tunnel.
A nice environment. Jacob my physio was kind and caring and very balanced in his approach to my issue. The appointment was on time. Jacob explained everything in easy to understand terms and left knowing what my next steps were. Would highly recommend.
A very Professional and Understanding clinic. I came in with a sore lower back and with a single session and the use of the App. based exercises and if need be, a printed version my sore back has improved tremendously over a couple of days.
