I had an excellent experience! I brought Stitch for a full grooming, and I absolutely loved the results. He looks beautiful, clean, and perfectly groomed. The staff was very kind, professional, and attentive throughout the whole process. I have experience with many different groomers, and I can honestly say exceeded my expectations. They took great care of my dog and paid attention to every detail I wanted. They also kept me updated throughout the whole process which I’m really thankful for! 🤍 Highly recommend

Ok this is by far the best dog groomer in all of Charlotte and possibly in the entire country! We have been to a lot all over and this is the best!! Best priced, best cut quality, all the things. Highly recommend! Thank y’all so much for making Honey look so adorable!

Amazing job with our little Shih Tzu. We let her hair grow pretty long during the winter, but she was getting too hot and needed a nice short cut. I was able to get her in on a Saturday, and she was done in just a few hours. She looks amazing and her coat was so soft and velvety feeling. I highly recommend bringing your furbabies here

We love gold standard!!! We recently moved to the neighborhood and was looking for a new groomer. So happy with how all our dog’s cuts have turned out (we have an shihtzu for reference). They are always consistent and efficient, while remaining caring and kind!
