Sandra has been very helpful in the process of selling my home, it’s my 1st purchase and due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances I have to sell my home. I would like to say a big thank you to Our realtor Cynthia and the GVR team for helping us purchase our first home. Cynthia did a great job at always being available for showings at any given time and was on point when it came to putting in offers. She put us with an amazing lender Mark Barrett and we got the house of our dreams! Which was something that we felt was really hard to do in this current market. We seen a lot of homes in that month of house hunting and Cynthia was always in good spirits and made it fun! All her coordinators made the process super easy and quick!! Now after a quick 20 day close, we are finally moved into our very own house we get to call home. Thank you everybody!!
