I went in for help with a dislocated tailbone and received excellent care. Dr. Zach helped me understand my injury better and gave me ways to manage the discomfort. The guidance has made a real difference.
I started seeing Dr. Zach about one month ago (2x/week) for severe headaches and neck pain. He was very up front that it would take a couple weeks for them to go away, and explained everything to make sure I was comfortable with the plan and treatments. But he was right, my headaches and neck pain are GONE! Highly recommend Gonstead Chiropractic!!

I've never been to a chiropractor before and Dr. Zach has an awesome first time patient package that includes an exam and x-rays, plus he came recommended by a friend, so I booked an appointment. I've now been adjusted 3 times and it really feels amazing. I'm glad to know what's going on with my spine and how to protect it in the future. Dr. Zach takes the time to explain everything, has a welcoming demeanor that makes you feel very comfortable, and he's a very good doctor. I feel totally comfortable in his hands and my body is so happy after the adjustments. Highly recommended!
