Goodies bake shop is a gem!. They have been around since 1984 and have the absolute best cakes and pastries in the city!. They are located in the West End of Winnipeg on Ellice Avenue at Erin Street. They have freshly baked cookies, including oatmeal raisin, chocolate, macadamia as well as diabetic cookies. They can be custom cakes with customized writing plus they have many other types of pastries. A great place to stop by.

Great experience with Goodies Bake shop, this isn’t the first custom cake we ordered and won’t be the last! They were very accommodating and kind, and did exactly what we asked with the cake. Great design and it was delicious! I would recommend them to everyone.

Ordered a strawberry chocolate cake, but unfortunately, most of the strawberries had visible mold on them. I've attached photos—please be sure to check your food carefully before eating. The store manager, MJ, was understanding and offered in-store credit for a future purchase, which I appreciated

I ordered an Strawbery Peach cake to celebrate with my family at Aug 23, 2025 and scheduled to pick up on Aug 27, 2025. When I tried to cut the cake in the same evening, I found out the outer layer of the cream was craked, making the cake look like it had been sitting out for a long time and wasn't even fresh at all. Then, as I cut into the cake, I noticed that the cream and the cake layers were seprating from each other, which made the texture feeling off. On top of that, the cake it self was too dry which made it even harder to enjoy. What make things worse is that I found a black hair-like object inside the cake after I cut it. I've been visited this place before and had a good experience, but this time was a huge let down. I had hoped for a nice cake to celebrate with my family, but this experience was very disappointing. I was expected much better quality from this shop.
