Five stars all the way around. GoodTymes Party Events exceeded my expectations. Tyniesia was amazing from start to finish. She stayed contact with me and responded right away if I reached out to her. The water slide and bounce house combo I rented was in great shape and was a hit with all the kids. Delivery and set up was seamless, and the take down was even quicker. Tyniesia has made a customer for life with me. I will use GoodTymes any time I need a water slide or bounce house. I highly recommend!
Highly recommended will be my go to from now and on quality of slide was Immaculate, VERY CLEAN!!! Tyniesia and her Children who helped her We’re very nice, professional, friendly respectful individuals who were a joy to work with also to mention she sanitizes her slides and that’s a plus for me showing she cares about not only the Care and long-term use for her investment of her business, but for the well-being of who’s gonna be on it as well safety precautions and Great communication! 😊😁 Big thank you for making my sons birthday a blast
Overall, it was a great experience. The communication was excellent, and the bounce house were clean when dropped off and picked up. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They set up the bounce house and came back to take them down. I highly recommend this service! Last minute booking and product was available! Easy payment processing as well. 5+ stars!
GoodTymes Party Events and slides was a great local family business to work with. From our first conversation Tyniesia (Owner) was always very polite, detailed, and punctual responding to all my messages. She helped me pick the best slide for my son's birthday based on our needs. Her sister communicated just as friendly and polite with me regularly about the delivery process. The day before just to touch base before event, the morning of with the ETA of delivery which was morning, and again with the ETA for pick up. There were no surprises with GoodTymes every detail was always communicated very well and always so polite. They set up quickly and disassembled quickly. This is a great family company to work with. Look into their Brand new Bahama Blast Double slide it was hours of fun, double slides, easy to walk steps with very strong secure grip handles and wide foot steps to get up slide. Adults were able to get up with ease. When we host a party again if we need a slide, this will be our one and only company to work with.
