I had a great experience at this location and would definitely return. I came in with a broken bracelet and Susie, Berenice, and Alexa serviced me and replaced my broken bracelet. I’d absolutely recommend this location and will be back!
If I could give 0 stars I would!! I went to buy a necklace for my daughter for Christmas; the costumer service was beyond horrible. When my daughter opened the necklace on Christmas morning, it was completely tangled to the point where she couldn’t even wear it.

Every time I shop at Gorjana, Alexa is the one who helps me and she’s amazing! She’s so sweet, makes you feel welcome right away, and actually listens to what you like. I love how she always finds the perfect pieces and gives great styling tips without ever being pushy. She remembers me each time I come in, which makes the experience feel super personal. Shopping with Alexa honestly makes Gorjana my favorite jewelry store. I always leave happy with what I got and excited to come back.
My husband has purchased several pieces for me online and surprised me on our anniversary trip with an in-store visit! I brought in a broken bracelet (my fault) and the employee gladly replaced it at no charge, no questions asked, and even took the time to show me how to care for/adjust the clasps on the other two I was wearing! She then showed me to the ring cases where I tried on a few items, but sadly, could not afford, and I felt no judgment from them like others are saying! I then purchased a beautiful, dainty necklace I’d been eyeing online and got a free tote with the purchase!
