Hardly win anything anymore. Claw strength sucks & items seem like the same items that everyone around them have. They have been copying a lot of items from other stores in the mall.

We come here when we can and that's most times because of how awesome the place is! The hospitality here, you won't get anywhere else within the mall!! Amazing service, fantastic characters to win AND plushies, and the chances you leave without something is highly low. Very clean interior and the atmosphere is full of positivity! Go GRABBIT!! Take your kids! It's super family friendly too! If you ever have any questions, ask Daniel, do not hesitate!!

TREATED ME LIKE A THEIF FOR WINNING!!! After spending $40+, my 7 year old daughter finally won a capsule containing a prize from one of the crane games. After leaving, one of your employees literally RAN to CHASE after US and CONFRONT US in the food-court. Half of the people in the food-court staring at us like we were caught stealing. All because your employee wanted the capsule back that my 7 year old had won. He said we could keep the prize inside but HAD TO GIVE BACK THE CAPSULE. We were TREATED LIKE THEIVES. I already was a little down about spending as much as I did. But atleast we ONCE. Holy moly, what a buzz kill! I wish I had told your employee to kick rocks. But, being put on the spot so publicly and Being humiliated along side my child caught me off guard. You know what was in the capsule? Candy! You think my daughter was happy about ONLY winning Candy?! No! The capsule was what she was most stoked about. Im so glad you were able to save your $2 by getting your capsule back. All you did was humiliate a child and parent that just handed you $40 for a couple pieces of candy. I would also like to note. This all happened after I decided to give you guys a second chance after realizing your claw machines have half the grip strength they had when you first opened. Which, seems to still be the case. Hence why we won once.
