Grace Removals helped to take the complication out of our move from Australia to the US— the lead up to the container being packed was filled with questions and they were super helpful during the whole process— a special shout out to Savannah who answered probably 500 questions from me, and always replied with detail. The container packing itself was a huge task as our shipment included a lot of unusual, heavy and awkward shed items, but the moving team were wonderful! Thank you! We hope to never have to go through such a huge process again but we know who to call if we ever do! 🙌

Accurate quote for services. Professional and timely service from the whole crew. Pre pack was carefully done, and the uplift was seamless. Move in day the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Just had the boxes picked up two weeks later and the job is now complete. I had to lodge one claim for damages, due to a crushed object during transit. This was quickly and professionally handled to complete resolution. Would highly recommend and use again.
