Great place! Would much rather rent from here than from a big box store. We rented a lift to put our AC condensers on the roof. They were very kind and helpful and went the extra mile to help us load up.

I came here to rent a log splitter for one day. I was two hours late to return it. It was my fault. It said right in the contract that the rate was by the day, so a late return would result in an entire additional day of rental costs. I didn't pay close enough attention, to either the contract or my watch. In spite of this, Grand True Value Rental ultimately waived the cost of an additional day. They didn't have to do so, and I consider it a personal kindness that they did anyway. They have thus secured me as a return customer for any and all of my future large and small equipment rental needs. It's little human touches like these that make a business special. Thank you, GTVR.

I really like this place. When shopping for an equipment rental place to use for a home project, the website story of the shop dog is actually what pulled me in. Ana at the desk, and Mr. Sleepy who helped load the equipment were lovely to deal with and very personable. I had an encounter with one of the owners who was so kind and helpful. Something minor went wrong, but they jumped in to make sure it was corrected and left me with a good feeling. I love doing business with local family run companies. It's really nice to not get lost in the process and made to feel like my business mattered.

Me encanta que este lugar sea de propiedad y esté gestionado localmente. Un equipo muy servicial que hizo preguntas sobre el uso y las necesidades de mi proyecto. Si necesitas una máquina de palomitas para una fiesta, la tienen. Si necesitas una carretilla de uso pesado, la tienen. Si necesitas una plataforma elevadora, un bobcat, un generador o una bomba, cuentan con ello. Siempre les consultaré antes de comprar en el futuro.
