I have nothing but great things to say about Greenix Pest Control. Every member of your company that I have talked to from when I placed the work order to the Technician that came out today have treated me so good. The price for the work was very reasonable. I was expecting to pay a lot more. I am very pleased and look forward to working with you about my Rodent and Pest problems. Thank you all for helping me and my family.
So far so good. Mike did a great job and was very friendly and did a very thorough job. I did the year round service for mosquitoes, ticks, fleas and the perimeter around the house. For 69 a month. Kids this is a great deal. I hope it works and I can be outside. I've been so happy with the service, I've hired them to do more properties. Tracy has been awesome too! Each time, every tech has been very helpful. I highly recommend them.
We live out in the country and have had a few too many mice visitors in our house. We called around and either the companies were booked or strangely un-customer friendly (one large, “5 star” Lexington company actually got mad and argued w us when we asked for a ballpark for the service we knew we needed!) But redirection is protection because thats how we found Greenix. Not only are they pleasant, efficient (came out next day) but also much more fairly priced than the other companies. Tracy is so nice and cool—thank you Tracy and Greenix! We will recommend to everyone we know.
Michael came out to the house to do the initial assessment and set up. Very nice guy, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Looking forward to a successful service. Will update as time goes on. I will add that the customer service part of the business has been a little frustrating. You call and get a call center person who asks you questions, then connects you to someone else. My appointment was from 12-2, and the tech came at 4:30. Probably he was booked tight though. Just a little heads up would have been appropriate.
Excellent and prompt service on removing an eye level hornets nest by a back door and entrance gate. Very respectful of my property, and courteous service personnel. Reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend their services!
