I called these folks to get an estimate on termite control. Couldn’t talk to a live person…only an automated attendant. Then Roger called me back and tried to hard sell me. I told him I was going to get a few opinions and prices. I explained that I didn’t appreciate the hard sell tactics. His response was to sell harder. He clearly wasn’t listening to or concerned about his customer. I also called Crandall. The owner of the company came out to my home and provided a better solution. I am not affiliated with either business…just a home owner trying to address a termite problem.
Poor service. The technicians don't even try when they come and spray as they just spray without regard to what they are actually spraying. The "buy-out" fee is $395 which is ridiculous to provide poor service and tax the customers who try to cancel. I gave them some time to see if there would be improvements across the different technicians but they were all poor. One technician did my front yard, garage, and backyard and was literally done in 5 minutes. And he didn’t change the traps as requested. Would never recommend to friend.
Greenleaf is amazing!!! I have been a customer for 10 years and recommend them to everyone!!! Jeff was our technician today and he was AMAZING!! I really hope he becomes our regular tech. We have been having bug issues after being sprayed and even though Greenleaf has an amazing policy of coming back at no charge, I never call. However, as thorough as Jeff was today, I know we won’t have issues. I told him the issues and he made sure to spray thoroughly.
My previous company was not thorough at all and I absolutely love this company so far. This was their first time out, but what a difference. Sprayed the inside and outside so thoroughly and explained chemicals they were using and what they would do very very friendly technician Andrew Was so sweet and nice. Highly recommend.
We’ve been with Greenleaf for almost a decade and have always been extremely pleased with the results and especially their staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians are always kind, professional and personable, most recently Isaiah treated our home and had an impressive amount of knowledge of some of our Arizona native critters. As far as quality, in two homes over 9 years, we’ve seen very few creepies and if we have they’re one phone call away and here within 48 hours. Thank you Greenleaf!
