Pete came by within an hour of calling, I got lucky that his other service got cancelled. But we have no heat, and he’s been very upfront about pricing, and giving recommendations. Extremely polite. He’s still working on our system now, but he’s giving us updates on everything, they are life savers!
They were very responsive to my initial inquiry, the fee for diagnosis was fair, scheduling was quick and easy. They arrived on time and fixed the problem without issue. And nice guys to boot. I will definitely use them again
I woke up to a freezing cold house and found that my gas boiler wasn't working. I called Mister Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing & Heating at 8am and was amazed at how fast the two technicians arrived. Ed and Shy, quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and had my home warming up within the hour. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Excellent service—highly recommended!
