The Florist and team did a wonderful job! Now that I live in a different state than my best friend it nice to know I can still send her birthday gifts, and with the florist at Griffins I know her flowers are going to make her smile, and maybe cry happy tears. I have ordered flowers on several occasion and have had all positive experiences! This time I asked the flowers to be delivered in A.M. and never was informed that I would be charged an surcharged of$19.99 on top of the standard charged. When I question the charged they refunded me but no explanation was given for the excessive delivery fee!! Then on the day of delivery that left the flowers at a neighbors house and asked HIM to deliver them to my party. Never heard of such a lack of customer service - i was not called at all during this entire debacle ! Will never order again from Griffin"s!
I ordered a delivery to celebrate my niece who passed away. It is her birthday. I was in search of gladiolus and Griffins was the only shop who had them. Not only did they provide a beautiful product but exceptional customer service. They helped me create a custom arrangement and accommodated me to make this delivery extra special. I will absolutely be a returning customer. Thank you for making the day extra special to my family.
This was our first time using Griffin’s but definitely not our last! They delivered a gorgeous, full, colorful Valentines Day arrangement to my mom, who lives in a very remote area, and totally made her day. And they delivered earlier than predicted which was so nice. She was thrilled! Thank you!!
It is difficult for me to order a gift that I won’t see before the recipient does. I live states away and wanted to send flowers to a friend. I ordered the “florists choice” in pastels. My friend sent me pictures of the flowers after delivery and I was thrilled. The flowers were beautiful. I would recommend Griffin’s to friends.
