I really wanted to like this service, but unfortunately our experience wasn’t great. They were an hour and a half late, which completely threw off my autistic son’s schedule and made the rest of the day very difficult for him. When Ariel came back, she still had chunks of fur sticking out and even felt damp not fully dried. I understand dogs shed, but I’ve used Multiple different grooming services and have never had this much leftover shedding after a de-shed treatment, or my dog returned still damp. On top of that, the price was over $234 (plus tip), whereas we’ve only paid around $160 plus tip with other groomers who were on time and more thorough. The whole experience felt unorganized I was asked multiple times if I had paid or who I had spoken with, and when I tried to bring up my concerns about their lateness and the disruption it caused, I was met with excuses and personal stories instead of a real solution. They did give me a 10% discount, but when I asked to speak to the owner, I was told she was unavailable because she was giving birth. While I understand life happens, it just felt like one excuse after another. First I was told the delay was because of traffic, then later I was told it was because they were behind on schedule. Overall, this service was unorganized, overpriced, and didn’t deliver the level of quality I expect especially compared to other groomers I’ve used. I won’t be booking with them again.
I couldn’t be happier with my cat's recent grooming appointment with Amber at Groom & Bloom Pet Grooming! My sweet boy, Oliver, came back looking absolutely adorable, smelled PHENOMENAL, and was so relaxed afterward — it’s safe to say he’s now paying double “rent” in the form of extra cuddles because he smelled so good! The mobile service is incredibly convenient — it made the whole experience stress-free for both of us. When I called in to request information and to book, Becky was wonderful to speak with. She answered all my questions, was so pleasant and kind, and made booking an absolute breeze. Can't wait to book Oliver's next "spa" day!
Amber and her assistant did an amazing job bathing and de-shedding our 2 senior felines. Our long-haired Balinese cat normally needs to be sedated when leaving the home for vet appointments but this was so stress-free that he not only didn't required any medication, but enjoyed it so much he was returned to us happy and purring! Cats know "cat people" and it speaks volumes how safe ours felt in the hands of Bloom & Groom! We will definitely be booking in the future!
This was our cats first grooming experience. We got her a full groom & lion cut and they handled her with such care and were so patient to get the job done. We were so pleased with her grooming service. Highly recommend for first timers. (Before & After photos)
Amber did a wonderful job of handling and calming our anxious little dog Paco, and gave him a beautiful groom. We love that she sent us pix of her work in progress, and we love that he's finally neat and clean. Our scruffy little guy is scruffy no more! Thanks very much to Amber. Highly recommend.
