I have been using Groom Club since I moved to Nashville and I can confidently say it is the best grooming service ever! First of all, you cannot beat the convenience of them coming to your doorstep. It is also such a bonus that my pups are being tended to privately without the stress of other dogs being around. I have two shy dogs and I love knowing they aren’t waiting in a crate or running from larger animals. I also find all the groomers so talented!! I have had a great experience with many of them, but especially Dillon. He took the time to hear exactly how I like the cuts and even showed me reference photos so we were on the same page. My puppies trusted him so quickly which tells me a lot since they are high anxiety. I cannot recommend the Groom Club and Dillon enough!

There were multiple issues with our appointment from start to finish. Whoever scheduled it recorded our adult male dog as 15 pounds instead of 50 pounds, and after arriving they increased the price by $100 because of their mistake. They also initially went to the wrong address and had us listed as having two dogs instead of one. Overall, there were too many errors throughout the process for us to feel confident in booking with them again.

We absolutely love Taylor with Groom Club! Barkley is always so happy to see Taylor and loved her spa days! Barkley always looks and smells amazing at pick up. Highly recommend!!

I am so happy with the results that I got from Dillon being puddles groomer today. He listened to all my concerns and he even used his special shampoo. I am so impressed with Dillon and Groom club for making Puddles experience a great one!!!
