My family and I have been going here over the last 5 years, from lessons to studio equipment, we’ve always had a good experience. They’ve always been accommodating and knowledgeable about their products. The lessons department is where they’ve always shined for us. Currently Dylan is the lessons lead and he’s amazing. Thanks Guitar Center for giving consistent quality service all these years.
Sorry, but didn't have good experience with that store. Bought used Silverstone Paul Stanly model. It was advertised with the case but came with no case and body damaged. Also they put GOOD condition grading but it had cracks on the neck and rusty hardware. More of a fair condition. I used GC rewards coupon and lost it as well. .
This was my first time visiting this location. They showed having what I was looking for in stock and that was accurate. My in-store gear advisor was Calvin. This dude was awesome! He found the case I was looking for, let me try out the guitar I wanted and even made sure that it fit properly in the case before I made the purchase. Everything was seamless and easy. He made sure that I was aware of the promotional financing and gear protection plans they offered. Top notch service from a guy who knows his stuff. I'm definitely return to this location and when I do, Calvin is my gear guy 👍
My recent visit to Guitar Center was nothing short of a complete disappointment. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating and left me questioning why I even bothered stepping foot in the store. First, I spent a significant amount of time trying out one of their pedals. When I finally got assistance from a store associate, they couldn’t even explain why the price tag on the pedal was incorrect. It turns out the tag was placed there by their own staff, which makes the mistake even more baffling. How can a store not keep track of their own pricing, especially on items locked in secure display cases? The lack of accountability and professionalism from the staff was shocking. Instead of offering a solution or even an apology, the associate seemed indifferent and unbothered by the inconvenience caused. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this store.
