The whole team at Gurinsky's was kind, supportive and helpful! Sissy was so patient as we looked through a variety of products, and was very knowledgeable about each item we selected to try on. In the end we found the most perfect piece, and her excitement felt as genuine as ours! We felt very taken care of, and had fun with the whole outing. If you are looking for high quality jewelry in San Antonio, you have to visit this long running family business! Thank you Gurinsky's!!

Gurinsky's has great customer service!! I called multiple jewelery stores and they were the only one to promptly answer my call. When I went to the store, I was greeted quickly by a sales rep who was friendly, professional, and informative. He listened attentively and answered all of my questions and patiently waited as I took a few minutes to ponder my gift selection. They wrapped the gift in beautiful wrapping paper, tied it up with a bow, and put it in a lovely golden gift bag complete with holiday tissue. The price was better than the big retail jewelery stores' on-line prices and I recieved personalized service with a smile. I'll be going back to this locally, family owned jewelery store first next time and not waste any time shopping around. Thank you Gurinsky's for a great shopping experience and for having the perfect anniversary gift.
