Had the best shopping experience with H Samuel especially the Castle Court store. Shout to Lauren for sorting out my orders quickly and efficiently. Customer service was impeccable 👌 10/10
If I could give this store more stars I would. I can't thank Sharon enough for the help she give me with a delivery. 100% will be back in the belfast store again. Gareth the help he give us black Friday in the store was 10 /10 the customer experience was excellent. Both him and Sharon went above there means to help us out and I can't thank you both enough.
Went down with my husband to replace stolen wedding and engagement ring. Sharon was dealing with us and I can't thank her enough for the amazing service she provided us with I was unsure of the engagement ring I wanted as I had the original from and different jewellerys which I can now say h.smauel will be the only jeweller we use from know on. We tried lots of different ones on and finally picked the perfect one. Replaced both of my rings today and Sharon just made the whole experience worth it as having my rings stole it was such an awful feeling but me and my husband were both feeling so much more positive about it all. So lovely and very attentive
Had a really fantastic experience earlier today, we were served by Sharon. After having a bad experience with the original engagement ring from a different jewelers. Sharon really looked after us and took the time to listen to the style and shape we needed. Came away from the store not only with the perfect rings but also a bottle of champagne and some complimentary gifts. Thank you Sharon for such a great customer service
Went here over the weekend to buy my wedding ring and served by Sharon, she was amazing, so helpful and friendly. Not realising it was the stores opening weekend event, I left with my wedding ring at a reduced price and a free necklace as my purchase was over a certain amount. I've been served by Sharon a couple times and her service has been exceptional
