I put 2 rings in to be resized . Both rings needed a half shank to resize . That was all good and expected. I picked up my rings and was told the stones(mother of pearl and malachite) had been glued because they were loose . I took my rings . They were a bit tight so i took them back to have a size added to each. I also asked why the ring hadnt been stamped with 10k after the repair. I was informed that they dont do that there. I also asked for the stones to be alligned properly and the claws to be adjusted so as to not catch on everything . The sizing is ok. However the stones in my ring are crap now. Theres a gap under the mother of pearl. These stones werematched when it was brought in an have since been ruined. I will now have to go elsewhere to have my ring fixed and will now have to pay for custom work to have the mother of pearl replaced. The staff there are very nice people . Friendly and helpful. Sadly though the repair work is very disappointing. I would suggest you go elsewhere for repairs . An the stones turn in the setting because the claws arent placed proper. Theyve ruined a ring . DO NOT GET REPAIRS HERE Update - the stone fell out out the setting . I am so disappointed in this store. A ring given to me by a sister that passed away is ruined. I now have to replace the stones in the ring. A chip came out ,then it fell out completely.

My opinion, most of the staff is not very knowledgeable. Some are quit rude when they can't accomplish a simple watch batteries change. Place is a joke

Staff are so helpful, friendly, and unpretentious. We love their estate jewelry - such great prices and unique items. We also get all of our repairs and modifications made here.

Hubby bought my ring 6 years ago. Loved it then. Today I'm not happy. Took my rings in almost 3 weeks ago. My finger was very swollen. So asked for all 3 to be sized up and saughtered together. This is the outcome. Looks like my wedding band is warped. Should have been an easy fix since they had to be heated to be resized. Not only that. The additional band I purchased elsewhere I had asked to be saughtered to my original set. The row of diamonds is shorter but they could have atleast made it symmetrical on both sides. 328 dollars and I'm extremely dissapointed. When I showed the sales person all my issues all I got back was "if you don't like it leave it". Bravo for a+ customer service. Not only have we been spending 1000's on jewelry there I feel I'm stuck with this shotty job. I called and spoke to the manager and don't feel like I got anywhere. You should have caught these mistakes when you "polished" my ring. We will be going elsewhere from now on. *dissapointed on valentine's day*

My fiancé and I recently got engaged and picked out the ring together at H. Williams. I had something specific in mind that I wanted but was unable to find a setting that I liked at other jewellery stores. Special shout out to Stephanie - she was so patient in answering all of our questions and helped us find a setting that met all of my requests. We ended up choosing a setting from a catalogue that we made some minor adjustments to. The final product was perfect - the engagement ring of my dreams! The team at H. Williams was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!
