H2 Health was my chosen provider for physical therapy after total knee replacement surgery. Besides being located literally 3 minutes from my home, the team there was very helpful and communicative. At the front desk, Leigh is an absolute gem! Her Southern charm is refreshing, as she doesn’t come across like a cold bot. My therapist, Paul, was terrific. He carefully took me through a very stressful post-surgery therapy routine and had me walking without the walker in a timely manner. He didn’t rush me or demand I reach specific, unrealistic goals. Overall, I highly recommend H2 Health for your rehab needs!

I am beyond satisfied and grateful for H2 Health Arlington! I was in soooo much pain and Hannah with her amazing skills helped me tremendously. This place is clean, very organized and Lee at the front desk, has the sweetest and warmest personality. This place is 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am really pleased with my experience at H2 Health. It’s been a few weeks and my therapist Melissa she puts the hurt on me “so good!” She is very professional yet keeps me at ease with her mannerism. All the people there are very friendly. I would highly recommend the establishment.

Following shoulder surgery, I was warmly welcomed by Lee for every visit. My Physical Therapists were Paul and Melissa. They demonstrated genuine compassion, knowledge, and skills. They are both great listeners and teachers. For every exercise that I was given, I received an explanation and demonstration. This team helped me to return to independence in basic and instrumental activities of daily living. The facility was clean and well arranged. I highly recommend Physical Therapy services at H2 Health in Arlington.
