Owner is nice enough. However, brought my boat in for two things, steering and surf system. They spent about 5 minutes checking my steering and maybe 30 minutes tops playing with surf system. They charged me two hours labor for this. 300 dollars for almost no work. They stated my ballast tanks were full, strange as they were emptied before we trailered our boat. Swim deck cover was off/missing and owner said they don’t remove the covers, found cover in a storage compartment so yes they did take it off. Boat was left uncovered and is now pretty dusty. May be a great rental place, don’t know as I don’t rent. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE FOR WORK! Unfortunately, they just don’t have the skill and experience needed to troubleshoot and repair. Also, they had my boat for two weeks to do less than an hour of work.
Yorgo, company keep my jet ski for a couple month until the summer was over which I could understand it’s a busy season for them . I sent him a text message in the morning and see if there where any guarantee on his work. No respond. Call him a later in the afternoon and explain to him that they had work on my Jet ski. I took it in on 8/24- and pretty much they had it for most of the summer. They have a bunch of salvage jet ski in there yard and use one of them to replace a fuel pump not brand new. I didn’t get a chance to ride when I receive it but their staff has mention it drive fine. I took there word on it and pick it up on 10-4 around this time water was chilly not my time to be going in the delta and testing and sure am glad I didn’t. I stored my power ski in my storage as usual and didn’t really think big about. I paid $776.20 for parts and labor thinking these are honest guys. This past weekend Sept 3 it was the first time riding them. Big disappointment with this company only 4 hours on my jets and the fuel pumps goes out that they installed. I could understand if I had 50 hours or more but 3-4 hours later from the time they repair it. What did I pay for? Don’t take my word for it, its your money people. Good luck......

¡Alquilar nuestro primer barco patio/pontón fue una experiencia excelente con H20! Peter y los demás miembros del personal fueron muy serviciales y brindaron un excelente servicio al cliente. ¡Los botes están en muy buenas condiciones y es genial tener la opción de remolcar el barco a donde quieras usarlo o hacer una parada en Tracy Oasis! ¡El precio también fue muy bueno! ¡No podemos esperar para volver a usarlos para el barco patio más grande y los jet skis!
Alquilé motos acuáticas por primera vez en H20 Craft Rental y, en general, tuve una experiencia excelente. Las motos acuáticas en sí eran de buena calidad: tenían un excelente control de dirección, iban rápido y eran fáciles de aprender a manejar. La tienda te lleva directamente al delta, así que no necesitas un remolque para alquilar allí. El delta era realmente hermoso; había muchísimas vías navegables para explorar y el agua estaba cálida para nadar. Otros navegantes eran amables y respetuosos y compartían el agua de manera segura. Pete fue de gran ayuda y ofreció un servicio al cliente de primera clase. Se esforzó al máximo para ayudarnos a sentirnos cómodos con el equipo. Incluso se quedó hasta tarde para ayudarnos a guardar todas nuestras cosas. Emily fue excelente por teléfono y respondió bien a nuestras preguntas. En general, el personal es amable y confiable. Además, este lugar tiene ofertas serias para ahorrarte dinero al alquilar. Es asequible y de gran calidad en general. Volveré a alquilar aquí. ¡Súper divertido!
