I loved their customer service from the moment I called over the phones asking questions , to the moment I walked into the shop. Super helpful answered all additional questions that I had and actually fixed the problem I came in with ! I got my headlight assembly done here . Customer service & Honesty is top notch here ! I’ve never left a car shop Happy after getting a service done . James was extremely helpful and friendly . Will be recommending my friends and family to this wonderful place of honest people ! I had a great experience this past week at Half Price Auto Repair! My Jeep needed a new cv axle so I went to Big-O-Tires and got a quote for over $800…. They also recommended new tires etc. For a second quote I went to Half Price Auto and they gave me a quote for $480. I told them that thats all I wanted done. The next day I had an appointment (they needed to order parts) and they had it complete in 1.5 hours! Jeep runs great now! Thats for your kind and quick service! I will be a return customer! TP
Awesome car service. Junior and James were very friendly and easy to talk to in the shop and JC the service tech was great as well. Prices are fair and you can trust the work they do and the recommendations they offer. They are not after your wallet and care about the customer. Fully recommend this shop.
Super blessed to have found James & this shop! He was very helpful from beginning to end. When I gave a rundown of issues and after an inspection, James was very on top of making sure parts were ordered & continuously updated me on progress. He helped out so much & my car is so thankful, as am I. Very good person all around & an amazing mechanic! 5 stars & will definitely recommend this shop to others! :)
James was incredible throughout the process of getting my car all fixed up. He explained things to me in a way that I could understand (I know next to nothing about the inner workings of vehicles) and kept me updated on its progress. I will definitely continue to use him as my mechanic. I saved a ton of money by going through these guys as well, had I gone anywhere else I definitely would have been charged a lot more. Highly recommend!
