I love coming here everyone’s always so friendly and welcoming; my massages have been great! I’ve had several different massages from different ladies and Charity does so well listening and working on me!
I’ve been a member at Hand & Stone for a couple of years and Mollie has been my massage therapist for most of that time. She always knows where to work to get the kinks and knots out and has the most relaxing service. I highly recommend going here
I wanted to do a couples message for my husbands birthday. I went on their website and booked a couples massage for $139. I got a call from the salon the night before my appointment and found out that this is only for 1 massage. So I'd have to both 2 couples massages to get a couples massage with my husband. Makes no sense. The best the girl could do was offer me 2 individual massages for 89 each. Why would they allow or offer a couples massage at an individual rate?
I’ve been going to Hand and Stone for over a year and absolutely LOVE it! The membership is a fantastic deal, the credits don’t expire, so if I get off schedule, I get a whole spa day (use multiple credits for massages and facials and upgrades). Clarissa is the absolute BEST and the sole reason I won’t go anywhere else for my monthly massage.
Starting with entry, the front desk staff was amazing. Welcoming, warm, enthusiastic to help.. The space is very well done. Laid out functionally. Modern. Great decor options. My facial as a service was good. On par with other standard facials I've had in the past. The woman who performed my service was nice, conversational. My only complaint here would be education during service. I'd like to understand what's happening at each stage, what's being used and way. Maybe have some recommendations on needs or products for my skin type and issues.
