Brought my dog for grooming (pug) and did not receive appropriate communication on pricing. Also reported her ears were in good condition and clean which they were actually red and required antibiotic drops within a few days of the groom. Bad communication from the groomer and front desk. Also left more terrified than I've ever seen her coming from daycare. I don't trust this location at all.

I brought my pup Jugnu for his assessment yesterday and I was so nervous at first, but oh boy — he absolutely loved the place! He looked so happy and comfortable there. The staff is incredibly sweet and amazing with communication. I truly felt heard and reassured. My pup can be a little reactive at first, and they explained everything so kindly and assured me that it’s completely normal for dogs. That really put my mind at ease. As a dog parent, I’m so happy and excited for Jugnu to start at this daycare. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring and professional environment for their fur baby! 🐶💛

They are good at pet grooming but I've found 1 place that the best, I still recommend you treat your furry friend to a spa day here and see if their for you!

Happy Tails is absolutely wonderful! They do such a great job trimming my dog’s nails, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provide. The staff is so kind, patient, and understanding, which really puts both me and my dog at ease. You can tell they truly care about the animals they work with, and they always do an excellent job. I’m so grateful to have found them—highly recommend!

My dog got his first grooming here and had no issues. The second time however also turned to be the last. September 3, 2023, I brought him in for grooming and daycare. BOTH eyes were injured (scratched downward, same length and position as per the vet). How he was injured is still a mystery. Groomer and daycare people said it didn’t happen on their watch. Eyes were already watery and very squinty when they brought him out from daycare but they said it could be a reaction to the soap so I took him and told them will give them an update. Conditions worsened a couple of hours after we got home and I tried to rinse his eyes with water. Brought him to the emergency animal hospital on Pembina September 4, 2023 cause both his eyes were shut in the morning when I woke up. Healing took about a month with lots of eye medications and vet visits. Owner Nadeen took care of the vet bills but also made a comment on how it was “frustrating” that the vet charges an examination fee each time. Unacceptable comment given that my dog was injured under their care. I don't recommend bringing your dog here. One male staff I spoke to on the phone morning of September 4, 2023 was unpleasant and rude.
