Googled "Sciatica physiotherapy" and Harbourview Therapy came near the top of the list. I went for a total of 6 visits to see Mark. He assessed me, showed me a few stretches and gave me treatment plan on the first visit. I was very diligent on doing my stretched as he recommended. I went back for him to place a heating pad on my lower back for 10 minutes, then he made me do the same stretches I just completed before I left the house. I went 4 more times for the same experience every time. The last straw was he was on his phone for more than half the visit. I told him I wasn't coming back as I'm not getting any relief and I that it was time for me to go to my family doctor for medication and maybe Xrays. He responded by saying "what did your last Xray show?" I asked who's file are you looking at as I haven't gone for any Xrays. The lookout on his face said it all. Your best bet it to go elsewhere for sciatica treatment, he might be able to help other issues but sciatica isn't one of them.

The knowledgeable staff were able to resolve my situation. I am very pleased with my outcome. I was even offered alternatives to explore. I would return for other therapies if/when required

Brian really helped me with my tmj pain. After the first visit I noticed a difference in my jaw, ear and neck pain and it has continued to get better with subsequent treatments and the targeted exercises he gives me. He seems to genuinely care for his patients and wants to see them improve and get better!

I have only been once so far, but Mark is an AMAZING physiotherapist! I had seen him with work out injuries before and he brings so much insight, education and most importantly relief! After one session (this time around) I felt relief during the session! There isn't a Physiotherapist like him (And I've seen and worked with a few)! I would 100% recommend anyone with physical restrictions or injuries to see Mark!
