I had a really badly, over priced Medusa on my thigh that I hated. I messaged Dom and asked him if he could fix it. He confidently took on the job and was super nice while we were communicating via Instagram. When I went in for my appt the staff was super nice, they had a show playing on Netflix that I ended up getting sucked into while waiting for Dom to make sure he had a design that both of us liked. The shop has a comfy inviting feel to it. Like sitting on the couch at your friend's house. While tattooing Dom had a light hand. He was super nice about everything making sure I was comfy and the TV was playing movies non stop. He completely transformed the tattoo. It looks nothing like how it did and I greatly appreciate it. Well worth the money and I would love to go back to him again. Overall this is a great shop with skilled artists.
I highly recommend Rick. He was super professional and made me feel comfortable especially since this was my first tattoo. He did a great job. I love my tattoo! Thank you so much Rick!
I had visited the shop 3 years ago with my daughter, we wanted to get matching tattoos before she left for college, and had an amazing experience with Rick. I wanted to experience that again with my other daughter so I booked two appointments online with Rick and got confirmations via text. When I showed up at the shop, Rick was not there and to my understanding didn't even know that he had the bookings! I was extremely disappointed but Kristi stepped up and was able to do our tattoos. She was very willing to work with me and insure that the tattoos for my daughter and myself were of high quality and exactly what we wanted. I would recommend this shop based on that experience and not the process of booking the appointment!
Rick was great. Husband and I came in to commemorate our trip to Alaska and Rick made our vision come to life and gave it uniqueness. He was very laid back and does great work! I’d recommend. I’d fly back out for more work, all the way from Wisconsin.
Come to find out Hard Lines is the only tattoo shop open on Sundays. It was pretty fortuitous walking out of the mall and it was right across the street. No better words said …let’s go get a tattoo. Rick took the time to create a tattoo to pass along to another artist. Fortunately for me that artist had other commitments and Rick took the on the tattoo even though his specialty is not color. You’d never know. It did get “spicy” in some areas. But he has a light hand and his lines were perfect. The shop is very inviting, clean and has a story to tell. Thank you Rick!
