Amazing service! They were friendly, honest, and super professional. They took the time to explain my options, didn’t pressure me, and the install was smooth and quick. Everything was tested thoroughly and they made sure I was comfortable using the thermostat/settings before they left. Highly recommend this company. Had some issue with some wires being accidentally cut, but that also was handled quickly and professionally!
We had Harmony service our furnace, replace the water heater, and add a humidifier a year and a half ago. If you're looking for how their work holds up long term then this review is for you. While they are prompt and on-time, I cannot recommend their quality of work. When the water heater was originally replaced Harmony situated the new one closer to the doorway - previously there was four feet of clearance now there was less than two, significantly impacting our ability to access our utility room. I brought it up with Harmony and we shared accountibility for it - but moving it cost another $1350. I wish they had shared their plan for how the new water heater would be placed before the install. Now a year and a half later the humidifier has never worked. I finally called them to take a look at it and the technician found that the wiring was installed incorrectly (this is confirmed by the technician on their recent invoice). This wiring was originally done by Harmony. I waited this long to call as I didn't want to deal with another bill, but ended up being invoiced another $200 for them to fix their mistake. Now the day after they visited our furnace is leaking water from a pipe that was not sealed - there was no leak before they came. Beyond these major events there were several fixes that I had to complete myself after their original install, such as applying pipe strap to floating water lines that banged every time the water was turned on. I would not recommend Harmony based on their quality of work.
Had our annual maintenance for our heat pump, gas furnace, humidifier and tankless water heater performed by Willy Singh. Fabulous job! Done professionally and was very courteous. I highly recommend Harmony.
Harmony is solid. You'd be hard pressed to find a better operation. Exceptional service from Daniel who came out and did the trouble-shooting on our furnace, to Dave who went over our options along with dropping off some new space heaters, to Jake and Anthony who did a prompt and excellent job on the install. 5 stars without question.
I had an AC and Water softener installed by Harmony this past Wednesday. They sent out a professional installation team consisting of Colton Grieve, Jake Smith, and Kyle Guest; which performed at 120% went above and beyond my expectations. First, they laid down the floor mats, placed the AC and softener and used their expertise to install all the required pipe, conduits, fittings, electrical wiring, etc. The install was highly efficient and clean. They were all very respectful to myself and my property. At the end of the install, they explained everything to me such as what to do if you run into this and that scenario and also providing some future maintenance recommendations. I am very pleased with how this crew of 3 technicians from Harmony performed. I highly recommend Harmony if you ever wanted to have an AC or/and water softener installed.
