Harter Strength is top tier. 💯 - A no-pressure environment; only encouragement and sincerity here. - Facility (including the bathroom) is always clean. - Trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They care about your form. They explain the how and why behind movements. They happily answer any questions. - The owner writes the workouts. (Don’t worry he’s absolutely qualified and you’ll know you’ve worked out!) He sincerely cares about the training clients receive and gives off humble and kind vibes. All levels of fitness are truly welcomed! I’ve been in classes with both novice and seasoned gym-goers. Each of us get a good workout leaving sweaty, challenged and, in my case, feeling accomplished. I would give more stars if possible.

The balance of LIFT, HIIT, and Metcon classes covers everything you need. The staff is top-notch, always ensuring proper form and keeping the workouts interesting and effective.
I have been with Harter Strength for close to 5 months. The classes are very organized and it really helped me in my fitness journey. Thanks to Justin, Cody for their personal attention to detail for every member in group class and also individual classes.
I've been a member of Harter Strength and Fitness for years, starting at the North Plano location and now working out with my husband at the West Plano gym — and we absolutely love it! The workouts are consistently challenging and effective, and the community vibe is unbeatable. We especially enjoy the LIFT classes — the barbell-based strength training is exactly what we were looking for. The instructors, Daniel and Diego, are fantastic. They bring great energy, coach proper form, and always know how to motivate the group. Owner Cody has created something really special here — his passion and leadership show in everything from the programming to the fun challenges that keep things exciting and fresh.
