The furniture is beautiful and with a good variation in price. It’s very high quality furniture so don’t expect to pay a pinch! Our salesman Burt was awesome! Friendly, good natured, thorough and not pushy at all. We enjoyed working with him. He should get a bonus 😊.
Everyone was very nice. Audra was very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and professional. How refreshing. The other tall blonde (I think) gentleman in the back was quite knowledgeable and helpful while Audra was finishing up. We look forward to coming back in to shop with her again. Great Job!!
DO NOT purchase the guardsman protection plan. It is NOT worth it. I purchased my bed in 2021 and it’s 2025 (my 5 year protection plan is still active) and my bed frame broke so i submitted a claim. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything back from anyone and I’ve been sleeping on my mattress on THE FLOOR. The broken frame is still in my room so I have no space at all to walk around my own room. When I contacted guardsman they said it was nothing I could do but wait for them to reach out to me. Don’t purchase from havertys at all actually. There should be no reason my $2,000 bed is already broken.
Sally was excellent. Very attentive, knowledgeable and personable. She helped make sure that our selections were what we wanted and that we were happy! Was not pushy at all! We like that in a sales person. We will definitely be back to get the dining room table that we loved!
Loved seeing the great choices. Our sales person, Audra, was terrific. We think the furniture we saw was good value for the price. We are excited to invite Haverty's designer, Ryan, to come over with swatches, and make suggestions! And its a great sale RIGHT NOW!
