I had an outstanding experience with Hawaii Deed from start to finish. I first reached out on 1/20 and received a response the same day. The entire process was handled online through email communication, making everything incredibly convenient and stress-free from the comfort of my home. The entire team was professional, responsive, and efficient throughout the process. A special shout-out to Chelsea, who I communicated with via email — she was absolutely amazing. She answered all of my questions promptly (at no additional cost) and made everything easy to understand. I even made errors on the onboarding form, and they were quick to assist and correct everything without any issues. The deed was completed on 1/26, printed and notarized that same day, and sent back immediately. By 1/30, I had already received the official recorded copy of the deed. The turnaround time was truly impressive. Hawaii Deed exceeded my expectations in every way. Their professionalism, speed, and clear communication made what could have been a complicated process completely seamless.
