I had the beset experience working with Heather for a makeup lesson. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me overhaul my routine. I hadn’t updated my techniques in a very long time! I can’t wait to practice and put into place the approach she taught me. I plan to do a follow up lesson/summer color match later this year. Such a great way to kick off the year. Can’t recommend this enough!

Heather is absolutely AMAZING. I was nervous about scheduling my appointment, I am middle age, in menopause and have never really worn makeup. Heather put me at ease straight off. The experience was something that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I left feeling better about myself than I had in a very long time. Heather made me feel less insecure about myself and helped me to see the positive's and to focus less on what I perceived as my flaws. Later, she emailed me a detailed list of products that would work best on my skin tone. The email also included reminders of how to apply the makeup correctly. Later that day, I took my Mom to an appt and the woman did not recognize me! The makeup I was wearing just brought out my features and was not a "ton of makeup". Every time, I put on makeup I think of Heather and smile. Heather is kind, understanding, helpful and makes you feel a beautiful human being. Heather is AMAZING!! I was very nervous looking into hair and makeup artists for my wedding. I don't wear much makeup and was intimidated by the whole thing, but I knew I wanted to look a little extra special on my wedding day. Heather eased my nerves at our trial, where she took my feedback seriously and worked hard to create the exact look I was going for, making me feel much more confident about how things would go at my wedding. She would not let me walk away with any doubts! She has a calming presence and makes getting your hair and makeup done fun and relaxing. She is very organized, timely, and easy to work with. I also noticed her care in keeping things very sanitary and safe (I am a microbiologist so I have an eye for this!). The day of the wedding, I had so many people ask me who did my hair and makeup and tell me I still looked like "me". My sister and mom got services done too and were very happy with the result. She left us feeling beautiful and ready to face the day! The thing that really stuck out to me was that the makeup felt light. When I have gotten makeup done in the past, it feels caked on and I can't wait to get it off. With Heather's work, I could barely feel anything on my face and my skin was fresh and happy the next day. I can't recomend Heather enough!

This session was everything I needed and I left with a list of products, tools, videos, and techniques customized for me. The one month follow up session was so helpful to answer any remaining questions that I had. Highly recommend Heather- her space is so cute too!
