Beautiful spa, very welcoming and highly professional staff offering an excellent quality experience. I visited for a relaxing afternoon tea, facial treatment and spa with my son's fiance and her mum the day before their wedding. Having carried out a lot of research, it was the perfect choice. The beauty therapist was excellent. I would happily return and recommend.
I visited Heavenly Spa over the weekend as a birthday treat from my friend, and she booked the Cheers and Chill package. The package included a 30-minute express treatment, use of the spa facilities, and a complimentary glass of wine or cocktail. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, even taking the time to wish me a happy birthday, which made the whole experience feel extra special. The spa facilities were relaxing and well-maintained but the highlight of my visit was definitely my massage with Diego. He made sure I felt comfortable throughout, applied just the right amount of pressure, and gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had (and as a massage girly, that says a lot!). Overall, it was a lovely experience from start to finish, and I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and very cared for. I’d highly recommend Heavenly Spa and especially Diego, however all the masseuses were lovely and my friend enjoyed her massed with her masseuse!
I highly recommend Heavenly Spa for a relaxing and peaceful spa day. We booked a package including 4 hours use of spa facilities and treatment for my mums birthday. The facilities were well maintained, constantly being looked after whilst we were there. It’s not a huge area, but perfect size for swimming and relaxation. Saw some complaints about the pool temperature, mould etc but glad we ignored these as we did not encounter any of this on our visit. The reception staff were fantastic and attentive, and treatments were excellent and staff well experienced- made us feel comfortable from the first moment. (special thanks to Mary, Zina, Maria). The snacks and tea after the treatments were a nice surprise touch. Will definitely visit again without a doubt! 5* luxury in a perfect location :)
Booked the afternoon tea package for my friends birthday and it really lived up to our expectations. The staff were all so accommodating and lovely. Our facials were amazing and our therapist was extremely attentive. The pool area is beautiful, the sauna, steam room and experience showers were all very relaxing and the complimentary snacks and lemon water were a nice touch. We were there from 10am - 6pm and had an amazing time, and had the place to ourselves for most of it. Out of all the London spas this is definitely the best value for money without having to compromise on anything. Though the afternoon tea was delicious and the wait staff were lovely, we were waiting an hour for it, which I think is the only area of improvement. Would highly recommend!
I had such a lovely lovely time at the Heavenly Spa, we got the spa treatment with the complimentary afternoon tea. It was so lovely, they made me a separate set of sandwiches because I had a nut allergy. My masseuse Margret was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It was my first time having a massage and she mad me feel reborn. We talked about where I wanted to focus on since I play lots of instruments and she made me feel brand new again. We talk and laughed and she made me feel soo comfortable. She was firm but gentle, and very accurate and it was the best hour of my life. If you ever go, ask for her if you want a a firm and accurate massage. I would highly recommend, I had a blast!
