Wonderful experience my first time here it was very clean professional and Haley was very friendly and understanding about my past waxing experience she kept a good friendly conversation to keep my mind busy from being nervous and her waxing technique didn’t really hurt unlike my other experiences that did hurt me a bit more. She understood me not as a waxer but as a woman and even though I still get shy she made me feel welcome and safe I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Jenai was so professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient as this was my first sugar experience. I am beyond satisfied and pleased with the results. Do not hesitate, go see Jenai, like NOW….get the sugar it is so worth it! Hello Sugar gained a new member and Jenai a new client Thank you again and again!
First time getting a Brazilian wax and I’m happy I chose to schedule with Hello Sugar. Check in was easy, staff was friendly & Carlene did an amazing job! She made me so comfortable and talked me through the whole process. Will definitely be going back to see her in a few weeks.
I just had the best possible waxing experience ever w Jenai. I would even describe it as pleasant, and no I’m not a masochist, but it felt good to be taking care of myself as part of a beauty routine. Jenai was so reassuring, it was relaxing. I do not know how it was not painful. This wasn’t like my past experiences at European Wax Center, where I didn’t even realize anything went wrong, but this was just better. I even warned Jenai I was a screamer, but it never came to that. Overall, very clean facility, easy to book and pay, definitely 5/5 stars, and I will be back.
This was my first time at Hello Sugar and it was a great experience. Checking in was simple, the waiting area was so comfy and clean, the staff is very welcoming. Alexis did a fantastic job! She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything clearly as she worked. She was so helpful when I was asking about the products they offer there. I didn’t feel obligated to purchase anything although I did! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Alexis!
