Lianna was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and walks you through the waxing process, always checking in to make sure you're doing alright. My first wax was a great experience and I will be going back.
Mya was very welcoming and extremely sweet. The vibe I felt from her made me feel relaxed for my appointment. It was my first waxing appointment ever and she made sure to explain all the steps she was doing along with the aftercare. If it is your first time and you don’t want to feel judged, please go to Mya. I even got the membership because of her!
Tatiana was my tech today. She asked what I wanted and showed me with the mirror where she can shape my eyebrows and explained what she would do and pointed out the areas and made sure I was fine with that. I also explained that I felt my brows were not evenly bushy she said oh that parts easy I can clean that up for you. She did amazing that my daughter wanted her to do hers next. Thank you Tatiana for being patient and listening to what I wanted even though I wasn't sure but you understood and did your magic.
Had a different waxer yesterday (Ashley) I haven’t been going for a while so I got a little nervous going again but she was so nice and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience so comfortable and welcoming. I left with amazing results, definitely going back!
First time getting waxed. Was nervous, but Joana was great. She kept me at ease and made sure the experience went well. The environment is calm and lowkey. Will definitely be back!
