Such a fabulous spot for breakfast AND lunch. We ordered a little bit of everything and enjoyed every bite. The seafood Bloody Mary is out of control in the best way possible! We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!
Love everything about Hester’s! Hester’s offers a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes. I’m a creature of habit so I always get the same vegetarian dish which is delicious! My husband loves the cheesy beat. The coffee is a good quality and they offer two choices every morning along with other signature drinks. They have several desserts to choose from all beautifully placed behind a glass showcase. My husband and I had breakfast here most Saturday mornings but have since moved to the DFW area, but when we are in town you’ll find us at Hester’s for breakfast!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re in Corpus Christi and skip Hester’s, you’re making a serious life mistake. The food here isn’t just breakfast and lunch—it’s happiness on a plate. Their coffee could revive a dead car battery (and tastes way better). The baked goods? Straight-up dangerous because you’ll want to eat three of everything. The staff is always friendly and on top of things, and the place has a cozy, local vibe that makes you want to stay longer than you should. My wife and I loved it—felt like we were eating at a friend’s house, if that friend happened to be a world-class cook with a coffee addiction. Bottom line: come hungry, leave happy, and don’t forget to grab something from the bakery case for “later” (spoiler: you’ll eat it in the car).
This is a very serene place to hangout and eat breakfast, brunch or lunch. They have a variety of coffees, desserts, and menu items. We were very impressed with the variety of items on the menu. The time between ordering and receiving our food was in a timely manner. The service was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The atmosphere was clean and inviting.
We came to Corpus Christi from Austin for a short weekend getaway, and since it was our first time here, we were looking for a good breakfast spot with solid vegetarian options. Google led us to Hester's Cafe – and it was totally worth it! We ordered the Avocado Toast, coffee, and Strawberry Pancakes with whipped cream. Everything tasted super fresh and delicious – exactly what we were hoping for to start the day😍 Huge shoutout to the staff 👏5 stars for customer service! My husband felt the pancakes were a bit overcooked, and when we brought it up, the manager was so kind and polite. He explained the prep and immediately offered to replace them without hesitation. Such a great experience! Made our day⭐️ Highly recommend if you’re in town and craving a wholesome breakfast with amazing vibes.❤️
