i had a great experience at this tyre shop. The workers are skilled, honest, and very helpful. They explained everything clearly and completed the job on time. Quality service and fair prices. I will definitely come back again.
I'm not someone who leaves reviews but this has to be said. I've owned my car for years with zero issues and was recommended to come here worst decision of my life. I bought four tyres from this place and honestly I'm still lost for words. First of all they overcharge and straight up mislead you on tread depth what they claimed was 5mm turned out to be 2mm less all round - Shocking!! Second the wheels weren't balanced properly at all! Infact they told me they don’t need balanced lol The car now judders like mad. Third they scratched my car! These guys are not trained whatsoever, and you can tell the moment you walk in. Now for the absolute disaster - the wheel alignment. Do NOT use their alignment service. I'm begging you the have got the machine but clearly no clue how to use it. Since then my car has been all over the road and after just 2,000 miles my tyres were shredded to bits. I've had to pay for another full set of four tyres and a proper alignment elsewhere costing me £550 just to undo their damage (hopefully) Absolute nightmare. Avoid!

The owner is a very nice person and treats customers with great respect. Overall, the service is outstanding and I am extremely happy.
