I've been coming to Hi, Skin regularly (love the membership). I came in with the mission of having clear (aka glass) skin that aged gracefully. Kelly is the most lovely human being on the planet and is exactly what I was looking for in an aesthetician; she gives me honest feedback around what products I should be considering using, and recommended treatments that will get me to my goals the fastest. The Staff in the front is always lovely too :)
The facials are great of course I’ve never had a bad experience and love treating people to their first facial specifically at hi skin . But my rating goes down due to the membership experience. I’ve been a member for a year now and it’s NOT worth it . The discount to products is nice if you buy them but they are still expensive and I like affordable skin care . They always have promotions going on but it’s never for members ? It’s always for first time clients . I’m going to end my membership I wish they added more free boosters or benefit/perks . I wouldn’t tell anyone to commit to being a member and would rather create new fake accounts for first time customers. There’s no incentive to being a member just a cash grab honestly
So happy with my facial! I’m glowing! My aesthetician was not only thorough, but was very informative throughout the whole process! I’m very happy with my results. It literally looks like I have make up on. Thank you so much. I will be back.
I’ve been coming to Hi, Skin for over a year now, and the reason I keep coming back is Sam. She’s an incredible aesthetician/professional. She is knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping my skin through every season, life change, and breakout. She always takes the time to personalize each treatment and explain what my skin needs. She takes the time to listen and remember the little details. Easy to talk to and comfortable to ask questions. Just wanted to gave her the hype she deserves 🔥
Had a wonderful experience today. I went in for the $99 first time facial and it was wonderful. The woman doing my facial (I believe her name was Claudia) did a great job listening to my goals and what I was hoping to get out of this facial, and listened to my preferences. The open concept was really fun and lively but I was still able to relax and felt pampered. Went home with a few products and will 100% be back.
