Ben from Higher Ground Entertainment was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. During the planning process, he made everything incredibly easy — especially with his app that let us add all our favorite songs for each part of the ceremony and reception. It kept everything organized and took so much pressure off of us. And when we weren’t sure what song to choose, Ben effortlessly filled in the gaps with options that fit our style perfectly. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared about us as a couple. He took the time to learn who we were, our backgrounds, our taste, and how that shaped the music we loved. You could really feel that personalization throughout the entire day. Ben also has an amazing ability to read a room. He played the perfect tracks at the perfect moments — from the ceremony, to dinner, to getting everyone on the dance floor. Our guests raved about the music and the energy he helped create. His setup was beautiful as well, blending seamlessly with our décor and enhancing the aesthetic of our reception rather than distracting from it. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. Ben and Higher Ground Entertainment are worth every penny. Our one non-negotiable for our wedding was having great music and an A+ dancefloor, and Ben absolutely delivered. It was so good that we asked him for the setlist after. If you’re looking for someone to bring your wedding to life by creating the perfect soundtrack Ben is your guy! You hear horror stories of DJ's playing whatever after you spend time curating a playlist. He took plenty of time to understand how we wanted to feel in every transition of the day and add his expertise. We had so many compliments even days later! I never wanted to leave the dance floor and I love that we have countless photos of our guests reacting to song after song with excitement. Ben is a true professional and also artists at what he does and we felt so great about our decision to have hired him to guide the flow of our wedding day!

We told Mason, from Higherground, that we didnt know how to curate a dance floor playlist but wanted to create a solid group on the floor and make sure everyone was having a good time. Mason killed it. Everyone would not stop raving about the music. Cannot recommend him and Higherground enough!!
